Discount code and refund
Guys, a question: I bought an item that was never shipped. I reported it and they refunded me. But since it was my first purchase with the eBay app, I had used a 10 euro discount code. Obviously they refunded me the amount minus the 10 euros from the discount. But can I get the discount code back since it was never actually used?

Have you read the Terms and Conditions?

OP1 year agoIt's probably as you say; it says generally, in the maze of the Terms, that the voucher can only be used once. But I'd say that in my case it was basically never really used. Anyway, sadly, that's how it will be.
