Discount code not applied
Hello, I have a discount code worth €5 that, however, in the end was not deducted from my €70 order, and I mistakenly paid the full amount. Is there a way to get it refunded to me? I see that you can't contact eBay in writing, only leave a message
to call, I tried and then I don't get called back. Could it be because I have a foreign number or simply because they have too many requests.

Mentore2 years agoAnyway, you can't have the voucher applied after you've paid...
As for support, by now they keep changing the contact method all the time...

Mentore2 years agoThe discount code must be entered in the appropriate space on the payment page; once that is done (if the code is correct), the total will update and you can confirm the payment.
If you made the payment without entering the code, there is nothing else you can do.
For customer support, they only call you on the mobile number you have registered on your eBay account.
