Shipping code not sold
Good evening,
I purchased the shipment through eBay via Poste Delivery Business, but when I went to ship it at the post office, the clerk told me he couldn’t send the package because the shipment code appears as not sold. The shipment has been paid for, and I also have the receipt paid via PayPal.
Poste Italiane support washes its hands of it, saying that they are not the ones managing the service, but that it is directly eBay.

Poste Delivery Business is not a service that can be shipped at a post office... you had to take it to the SDA office.
Even though both are part of Poste Italiane, they are still two different networks.
