Incorrect tracking code

I received the Bartolini courier tracking code. It should be 14 digits, but instead it is 15 and therefore nonexistent and obviously doesn’t show up. The seller told me the code is correct and was provided by eBay, and that I need to be patient. But is that normal?

If the seller used the agreed shipping service provided by Packlink on eBay, the code is sent automatically by Packlink to eBay, so it is definitely correct.

BRT courier has 4 different types of tracking code: BRTcode (14 or 19 digits) Shipment number (12 digits) Customer parcel ID (usually starts with AA) Sender reference (1 - 15 digits) Kind regards.
