Hello everyone. I got a BRT tracking code, but it doesn’t say anywhere what I need to do now. Will they come pick up the package at my house? Do I need to take it somewhere? If so, where? I haven’t received any email with instructions. How do I ship the package?

If you purchased a BRT label from Packlink on ebay, the instructions were available at the time of purchase. In any case, you can always ask them for help.
