Xbox game pass codes not usable
In January I bought six monthly game-pass activation codes for xBox "S"; the first two codes, for the first two months, work normally. The remaining four are unusable; after some research, I contacted the seller, who in the meantime had changed his name, and after I had bought a new valid two-month code from someone else, he promises to send me the codes but, since he no longer deals in monthly codes, he предлагает me other purchases on which he will give discounts. I do not accept and ask for a refund for the four codes; the seller says he agrees but asks me to make a transfer via PayPal for the two codes I used, to then be automatically refunded by eBay. I had opened a dispute which I then, ভুলly, closed when the seller promised to send me the missing codes and now it is impossible to start a new dispute or use customer service to resolve this. Is it possible to contact customer service by phone even though the order number can no longer be used? Thank you.

Mentore3 years agoThat said, once a case is closed, it’s no longer possible to ask for anything else.
That said, the seller told you a load of bullshit; he could have easily issued a partial refund for the non-working codes. Asking for an additional bank transfer in return for a full refund is completely delirious, and I think no sane person could take him seriously.
The sale of this type of code is reserved for a very small number of professional sellers, while it is forbidden for private individuals. From how you described the seller, almost certainly he wasn’t allowed to sell those codes and you bought them illegally.

OP3 years agothe seller is legitimate: he has been registered for several years and has,
oddly, 100% positive feedback.
I think I’ll go ahead and take action against him anyway.
Bye.
