It's been so long since you sold on Ebay, I wanted to know how one can defend oneself from certain buyers, let me explain: if I send an item by regular mail or insured mail/courier, the buyer could always say there was a stone or something else inside. Support tells me the best thing is hand delivery, but what about buyers who are far away?? thanks
