combine international shipping costs handled by eBay

hello,

I purchased two products from the same seller, each product has its own shipping costs handled by eBay International Shipping, how can I combine the two shipments into one? It won't let me request the total and gives me the following information "It is not possible to request the total for items for which eBay manages all or part of the shipping." can someone help me?

With the global shipping programme, it isn't possible to combine shipments; you can only ask the seller whether, exceptionally, they can change courier/carrier.
