How is it possible that the buyer who disputes the quality of the item, after receiving the refund, sends
The buyer does not have the right to destroy the rejected item, once the refund has been obtained, thereby worsening the seller’s damage

Mentore2 years agoFirst of all, if the buyer disputes the quality of the item by opening a return request for item not as described, it is your obligation to accept it, handle it, and arrange the return shipment... THEN the refund is issued!
If you issued the refund before that, you made a big mistake; now it is your responsibility to organize the return, otherwise the buyer has complete freedom to get rid of it.
