How do I update a shipment?
I purchased an item that has already been delivered to me by the courier, but the shipment is still shown as out for delivery, so the seller has not yet received the money. How can I update the shipment status from out for delivery to delivered?

Mentore3 years agoYou can't, and anyway it's not needed to unlock the money for the seller; if he's "new" he'll have to wait at least 15 days.
In any case, the shipping status can only be updated by the seller, by correctly entering the tracking in the details of your order.

Mentore3 years agoYou can't do anything. If the shipping code has been uploaded correctly, the status will update automatically.
Besides, the release of payment isn't tied to the delivery status. For new sellers, the precautionary hold is still 15 days.
