How to cancel an order
How can I cancel the order for an item I sold?
I tried the order cancellation procedure, but it tells me to change the payment method or gives me an error when I continue.

Mentore2 years agoTo cancel, you have to refund.
If your funds are still pending, you need to enter an alternative source (a credit card) to advance the refund.

Mentore2 years agoYou are a sporadic seller and therefore, since you don't have the funds available, you need to advance the refund out of your own pocket by entering a valid credit card.
