How to cancel an order

The seller offered me a discount on an item I had been watching for a long time, he sent me a purchase offer, I accidentally accepted it, and as soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately requested to cancel the order, he refused it, I asked him for an explanation about it, and he told me that he had refused another offer to accept mine.
Besides the fact that this is impossible, because I was the one who accepted his offer (so if there had been another offer, he would have beaten me to it and I would not have been able to buy it), it had only been about 15 seconds from when I accepted the offer to when I asked to cancel the order.
Now how can I cancel the order. Do I have to keep it pending forever without paying?

Mentore1 year agoWithout the seller’s consent, the order cannot be canceled.
If you do not pay within a month, the order will be canceled for non-payment, but you will be reported as a non-paying user.
The first warning has no effect, but if you get more, you will have restrictions on buying on eBay.
