How to cancel an order that cannot be shipped
I tried to make an offer for an item, mysteriously eBay considers this an order and requires payment. In the payment form it is specified that the seller does not ship to Italy.
Contacted several times, no response.
Every single day eBay keeps prompting for payment at full price, not even the offer price
What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoYou've probably selected Buy It Now or won the auction with your bid... basically, you committed to the purchase.
If the order is not cancelled following your request... the seller is not obliged... and if you don't pay, you will receive a warning from eBay... one doesn't matter much, but the more you collect, the harder it will be to use eBay until you are expelled.
