How to start a partial refund request
Hello everyone,
I recently bought a lot of Pokémon cards and other items. From the title and description, they were supposed to be "1.5 kg of Pokémon cards, tin ETB, with special cards". When it arrived, I told the seller that, even weighing the protective sleeves included separately, the cards were only about 950 g, and I asked him how we could resolve it. The seller replied that he meant the whole lot was 1.5 kg, and he never replied to me again. I like the lot, and I wouldn't want to return it, but since I invested more money believing there were more cards, I would like to ask for a partial refund. Could you tell me the procedure? What do you recommend?

Mentore2 years agoThe procedure does not exist, you can only request a full return, it will be the seller who can offer you a partial refund, but you cannot request it.
Remember that if they accept the full return, you will have to return all the cards.
