how to delete a "reminder"

Hello, it would be great if someone could help me. I sold three jackets in Germany and the customer has already paid me. Anyway, he also wanted to buy other things and he arranged the pickup of the jackets and the other things himself.
Everything went smoothly, I had no problems with the buyer.
Only now, though, I keep seeing the reminder in my account that I still need to ship the goods. How can I remove this reminder?
