how to close resolved disputes

Good morning,

I have two open claims for "item not received". Since the shipment shows as delivered and the tracking number has already been updated, how can I close them?

If they aren't closed by whoever opened them or if there's no judgement from ebay, they will close on their own, due to inactivity, after 21 days.
