Hello everyone, I’m a seller and I’d like some help on how to mark an order as delivered to the buyer with in-person pickup in case they have lost the 6-digit OTP / verification QR code. The buyer has paid, so if I select "cancel order" I issue a refund, which I don’t want to do. I can’t find any other way to close the order.Is it possible for the buyer to cancel the in-person pickup or receive a new 6-digit OTP / verification QR code? I look forward to your reply.
