Hi, some time ago I sold an item, except it arrived very late to the buyer (yesterday, rather than arriving a week ago). He rightly opened a "Item not received" claim and I explained the situation to him. Luckily, he trusted me and yesterday the package actually arrived. The thing is that all earnings from new sales are frozen until the claim is resolved. So, going to the claim page, at the bottom I see "Oct 18. Item delivered", which makes me think: will eBay close the claim or do I need to do something? It seems strange to me that it shows delivered for them too, but the claim is still open
