How to contact eBay and ask them to intervene in a dispute with the seller
Hello,
the seller is refusing to refund a defective item. I started a return but I can't contact EBay. I asked for a call from them but instead I received an email saying that they had canceled my request themselves (reason unclear).
Is there a number to contact EBay, or a valid alternative?
