I bought a battery that turns out to be not working. I started the return process that was approved for me and received two labels from the seller to attach to the package. I was not told how to proceed with the shipment, the cost of which is explicitly stated to be borne by the seller. I contacted Poste and DHL, but they do not recognize the labels, which show some names of probable carriers: EXPORT SUIVE , LA POSTE, and a third one that is hard to read. How can I go about returning the package to the seller.
