How do I get contacted by an officer who deals with seller scams on eB
Summary: franguerr-4990 asked how to contact an official responsible for seller scams on eB. sika700 replied but didn't provide any further details or solutions.
How do I need to go about being contacted by an official who deals with seller scams on eBay! To list the too many scams involving purchases of items never received, never refunded, and never having received a response from the sellers I asked for explanations and, at the very least, a refund from.
Otherwise I will be forced to turn to the law and the proper authorities to report this very platform for lack of assistance and no guarantee of any kind! Francesca Guerreschi

eBay has clear procedures that protect buyers more... did you take the time to read them?
Looking at your feedback, I really don't think so...
