Contact the seller and ask them to send you a copy of their shipping receipt.
If there’s an error with the address or the tracking code, you can ask ebay to step in for a refund.
If the code and address are correct, all you can do is take it up with the courier (who certifies that that package, identified by that code, was delivered exactly to your address).
