How do I delete the payment method (credit or debit card) entered in case of a refund?
Hello, could you kindly tell me how I can remove the payment method entered in the case of a refund action toward a customer who, unjustifiably, has opened a request or report? I made this mistake in a hurry, not actually managing to concentrate as much as necessary, but I didn't want to. I'm asking whether this problem can be resolved. Thank you.

Mentore2 years agoIt’s no use deleting it. If then the decision goes to ebay and ebay decides in the buyer’s favor, it won’t deal with the return but will refund them and will take the money back from you one way or another. Since if ebay gets involved they don’t credit back the fees, the suspended funds won’t be enough and they’ll take from the card.
With a credit card, you avoid the costs of a future debt collection.
In general, it’s worth trying to minimize the damage by accepting the return at the seller’s expense, taking back the item, and issuing the refund.
