How to issue a purchase receipt from the eBay Sales Module and as a Private Seller
Good evening friends,
I need to issue a purchase receipt to a foreign buyer (as per their request);
I am a Private Seller. I haven't found anywhere the option to send the receipt directly from the sales module. Obviously I'm talking about a payment receipt and not a proper invoice.
It goes without saying that if it weren't possible to use the eBay sales module I would, of course, have to issue the receipt myself (though I'm trying to avoid the hassle of creating the file for every request).
I ask for your help, experts, and thank you in advance for the clarification.

Mentore3 years agoFor EU buyers there is the sales declaration (from private seller to professional buyer), which is in all respects equivalent to an invoice. It must include the full details of the private individual who is transferring and selling, their tax code, the description of the item/good being transferred, the transfer price and, of course, the details including VAT number. It must also state that the transaction is not subject to VAT pursuant to articles 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Presidential Decree 633/1972.
The document must be signed and dated by the person transferring the good. A €2.00 stamp duty is required for receipt amounts over 77.47 euros.
Instead, for non-EU buyers, a commercial invoice is mandatory even for private sellers. https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it/articles/360006638399-Fattura-doganale-e-come-compilarla
