How do you get compensated if an item is not received?
I purchased a musical instrument worth €450, never arrived. The seller is not responding to me. eBay tells me it can't do anything anymore... any advice?

Mentore3 years agoIf eBay tells you that it can’t do anything else, it’s because, most likely, too much time has passed, that is, more than 30 days since the presumed delivery date.
You can then turn to the payment method you used, namely a dispute directly on PayPal’s site, or a chargeback with the help of your bank if you paid by card.
The time limits are within 180 days for the first option and 13 months for the second.
