How do I make a return on a product that has a canceled return?
Hello, I can't make a return on a product I bought but that arrived late. We had opened a return, but it gave us the option to buy a label and pay for shipping. We canceled it because the return should be covered by the seller, and now we can no longer open it. What can I do^?

Mentore11 months agoOnce the return procedure is closed, it can no longer be reopened.
A message had appeared warning you about this, and you still confirmed closing the procedure.
As for the return shipping costs, you probably chose the wrong reason. In the case of excessive delay, on eBay the return is for non-compliance, with shipping costs covered by the seller.

Now you can request the return using the protection programs of the payment method you used, but the costs will be on you.
