How do I retrieve the GLS code for my shipment?
The code that eBay provides as “international shipping” does not match the GLS code for international shipments. How do I get this code? The sender doesn’t have it because they shipped to eBay and then eBay shipped with GLS. I would need to speak to an operator…

Mentore2 years agoEbay definitely doesn't use GLS for international shipments from the UK or USA.
It's just the final courier that took charge of the package after customs. It still remains trackable with the international courier code (UPAA..... from Pitney Bowes from the UK or EEUS.... from DHL from the USA).
