How do I get back the amount paid
I purchased a saddle after negotiating the price
the seller said he made a mistake about the price from February 9, 2024 to today, March 21, neither the agreed price nor the Saddle has been refunded to me

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller had correctly cancelled the transaction, you would have immediately received an email from ebay confirming the refund. You would also have found proof of the refund in the order summary of "my ebay".
So the seller must have made some mistake.
You need to ask ebay to intervene for an item not received, hoping it’s still in time.
