How do I return the item?
Hello, I need to return an item but I received an email saying that it’s not possible to submit the request and it won’t let me enter the site at all to make the return, as if the seller had deleted the account. This is the order number 11-11496-27935. Also, there are no purchases in my account, but I bought this item. Why is that? And by May 22 the deadline to return the item ends. I look forward to your feedback.

Mentore2 years agoYou don't explain the reason for the return, so it's not easy to understand what happened.
This is eBay's return procedure, and at the bottom of the page there is also the link to contact eBay customer support.
