A month ago I bought a hair dryer, but two pieces were demagnetized and therefore not working. Through the chat I started the return and the next day they came to collect the item with id: 205074498340. The return has id: 5277609775. But I still haven't been refunded the €24.90, even though I wrote several times in chat to the seller who no longer replies to me. What can I do!? I don't know how to contact eBay and the toll-free number won't let me.
