How do I know if the name change has been completed?

I purchased a ticket for an event from a private seller. Please can you tell me how long it takes for the seller to make the name change? Thanks a lot, help me out

Good morning,

the only one who can tell you is the seller... keep in mind that, in general, a change of name is not allowed unless payment has been made... did you check that before buying it?

Did you also make sure the seller was following eBay's rules?
