How do I unlock the payment?
Hello, I have a pending payment and I can’t send the item to the customer because there’s a block on my account. I wouldn’t want the customer to open a dispute

Mentore2 years agoAs a new seller, the funds will be blocked for at least 15 days, so you can’t unlock them yourself!
Of course, you need to ship the item and prove delivery, as per the email eBay sent you.
Basically, you have to front the shipping costs.
Also, in your listings, you forgot to enter your VAT number... with what you sell, you need it!
