I bought a pack of Kirkland minoxidil with 6 bottles. I’ve been using this product for years now. As soon as I opened it, I immediately noticed that something wasn’t right. After several searches, I was able to confirm that too many things don’t match, so the product is definitely counterfeit. I tried asking the seller, who obviously claims that the product is original. How do I report this to eBay and get assistance from them? The product has characteristics incompatible with an original Kirkland Minoxidil: continuous hot-glue sealing, darker color than normal, very weak alcohol smell, and no reaction to the bleach test. I would like to request a refund for an inauthentic item.
