I placed an order for which I got the size wrong because it wasn't written in the description. It arrived, but I needed to return it and order the right size, but the seller doesn't accept returns, even though the item in question is in its original condition, including the box and cellophane, so now I would like to know what other options I would have to get a refund and be able to order the right one, it's not a small sum of money and I wouldn't want it to be lost, because I don't know what to do with the item in the wrong size now. If the seller doesn't accept returns, it's a private individual. A private seller has no obligation to accept a return for a sizing error. Besides, if it's really a private individual, they almost certainly only have that one piece.
