How can I get a refund for an order that doesn't appear in the purchased items section?
Hello, on December 22 I purchased the profo hombre nomade (a facsimile), I have not received any package nor can I find the order confirmation email. Moreover, I made the purchase as a guest....and I only have as proof the payment made by card for e bay....what can I do? I feel scammed
