How do I get refunded?

Good evening, in December I bought an item without registering on the site, so as an unregistered user. The item arrived on the day the seller told me it would, but when I opened it I realized that the item had arrived wrong! So from there I contacted the reseller, who for a month kept telling me that I had misunderstood, that the item was correct, etc. etc., until I sent him a video with Wetransfer and from that moment he seemed to understand.. I had asked him to send me the correct item and to pick up the packages I had that were wrong.. he made me wait again until he предложed that he would send me the item again without needing to return my packages … it’s March and I’m still waiting for this package, but the serious thing is that he no longer პასუხes my messages.. how can I get a refund ?? Obviously I don’t see it in my purchase history because I registered on the site later because of the problem that came up.. can you help me??

You can try going the chargeback route on your card.
