How do I enter the unique invoice code?

Good morning, I registered to purchase materials for my company, but during registration I wasn't asked for either the VAT number or the SDI to receive invoices. Can you help me?

Ebay is not designed for B2B purchasing.

So for every single purchase you need to:

look for professional EU sellers who can issue an invoice;
tell them you need an invoice, with all the information needed to issue it, before making the purchase.
