how to remove negative feedback
I had sold a chandelier, then I couldn't ship it to him because it slipped out of my hands and I damaged it. I immediately gave him a refund, and he left me feedback saying I was an unreliable person.

Mentore3 years agoGranted that I consider it fair to receive negative feedback when commitments made are not kept. The seller’s behavior becomes particularly annoying when the auction winning price is low (just 1 bid).
In this case, though, the feedback went beyond what is lawful by giving a subjective judgment on your honesty as a seller, so you can ask for it to be removed.
