Mentore4 months agoIf the purchase was made from a professional seller with a legal entity based in the EU, you have a 24-month legal warranty, but the seller is directly liable for it. You need to contact them.
If the purchase was made from a seller outside the EU or from a private individual, there is no warranty obligation.

Mentore4 months agoIn distance sales, it doesn't matter where the purchase is made. The transaction takes place at the seller's registered office. If the seller is based in an EU country and the seller violates your consumer rights, you can обратиться to the market authority.
