Hello, my daughter bought a Ferrari jacket from a Chinese seller on July 22. The jacket arrived on time, but the size is too small. I tried to return it, but I made a mistake and accidentally canceled it. I contacted the seller and explained everything, but he doesn’t reply, so I decide to leave the seller a negative review anyway. The following day, believe it or not, he contacts me saying they had problems in the company and that he would have sent me a €10 refund if I changed the review. I spent 54, I refused, and after several messages I told him that if he wanted that, he had to send me a higher refund, or he had to change the size before the new review.....well, he didn’t reply anymore.... what should I do? It’s the first time I’ve bought on eBay, please give me some advice, thanks

Mentore1 year agoBy closing the procedure, you made a serious mistake.
Basically, you said you have nothing more to ask the seller.
That’s why a warning message appeared, telling you that if you closed that procedure, you wouldn’t be able to open any others afterward.
The feedback seems unfair to me; it’s not the seller who isn’t responding (in fact, he even offered you a partial refund that wasn’t owed).
Keep in mind that for the size exchange he loses out on two shipments (the two outbound ones and you lose out on the return shipment) and, in case of a mistake on your part, he has no interest in giving them to you for free.
