How can I contact an eBay operator?
I absolutely need to speak directly with some eBay manager. Buyers get their money refunded even if they received the item. Why aren’t we sellers protected?

Mentore2 years agoSellers can protect themselves by using tracked shipments.
As long as they don’t use them, they’re in the hands of buyers who are more or less honest.
And without bringing buyers’ choices into it, because it’s obvious they’ll choose the least expensive solution, since they know they’ll be protected anyway.
