How to Remove Negative Feedback?

Good evening. I would like to have removed - somehow - a rather unflattering feedback against a seller who did send me a visibly damaged DVD, but also refunded the cost - albeit a little late - spent on the purchase of the same. At first, partly out of disappointment, I did not accept the revision/removal of the aforementioned feedback that he himself sent me, but now I’m a little regretting it, since I had guaranteed him that I would remove it once the refund transfer was returned to me. Would anyone have any advice to give me on this?

Mentore1 year agoYes, sure... be less impulsive next time and, if needed, use the correct return request... since with the feedback you didn't solve anything!
