How do I contact eBay via chat...??
It used to be much simpler before; now even if you click on "Contact us," they redirect you to pre-made questions/answers that are not always able to solve the problem. Can someone kindly tell me how I can contact them, even by phone?

Mentore2 years agoAt the bottom of every help page (the one you say has canned answers) there’s a link to have eBay customer service call you.
Otherwise you can use the “contact us” option at the bottom of this page.
