Good evening, I received a gas stove already damaged, due to careless packaging, I requested a return and a refund, but the seller said that I was not clear with my request, then added that the photos did not show the pallet it had been shipped on, to which I replied that no pallet was present, he claimed that it had even been stolen by the courier, now he has sent a return label, but with the note, according to him, that if I don’t put the stove back on a pallet to send it back, the refund will not be full.
