How do I unblock the storage of an item with an English courier?

I purchased a watch from a seller in the United Kingdom. The item has not arrived yet, and according to the package tracking, it has already been with the British courier for 8 days. I am aware that this courier does not have a good reputation and only responds with standard replies. Who should I contact to resolve this surreal situation?

Hi! Thanks for the advice. I’ll keep it in mind for next time because, although the item was also late, it finally arrived. It’s a courier that also operates in the United States, and even from there I experienced significant delays with another purchase on Ebay. I wonder why Ebay doesn’t take action, given the many customer complaints as well. Regards.Rob
