I bought a Borbonese bag and it arrived very damaged on the inside, but the description didn’t say otherwise, or I wouldn’t have bought it. I paid an absurd amount for it considering its condition and asked the seller to refund me at least part of the cost, but they aren’t replying. What can I do?
