How to report successful delivery
Hello everyone, how can I report that an item has been delivered? The seller can’t collect the payment because it doesn’t show as delivered, even though it actually arrived on time. Thanks

delivery is irrelevant for the purpose of unlocking payment to the seller.
Evidently you are not aware that new or infrequent sellers have a preventive hold of at least 15 days.
In any case, the “delivered” status can only be set if the seller correctly enters the tracking information and the courier name in the order details.
