Hello, we are a group of people who sell for charity and despite the great feedback we were suspended for the alleged failure (according to Ebay) to update payments.

In our view we have carried out all the indicated steps, without getting what they expect.

In order to resolve the issue, we asked to be contacted by phone (with negative results so far) at the number they have on file.

Grateful to anyone who can give us advice on the matter.
