how do you remove an item (iqos e-cigarette) that I put up for sale claiming that it is prohibited. The strange thing is that I bought a similar item on Ebay itself and moreover you sell e-cigarettes from other sellers. I am asking for clarification on this, thank you.

How can you ask for clarification when you already know that the sale of this kind of item is prohibited? https://www.ebay.it/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/regole-sul-tabacco-sulle-sigarette-elettroniche?id=4273&st=3&pos=1&query=Regole%20sul%20tabacco%20e%20sulle%20sigarette%20elettroniche&intent=tabacco&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1177

You can't complain if you get a ticket because you're doing 150 on the highway, saying they can't ticket you because there are lots of other cars breaking the speed limit.
