how do you contact ebay i can't do it
Summary: mctino54 is looking for support on how to contact eBay, but can't seem to find a solution.
there used to be something useful and easy to find .....and as read, it was shut down 7 months ago
there are two options left: either ask to be called back.......but they don’t call you back at all
or you have to go through the community hoping that someone ( naturally not ebay ) can give you the information

I fought for nine months to get the EBAY ESTRA points updated until, after pestering the chat service around August 2024, it seemed they had fixed everything as it should be according to their rules
that they wrote but then didn’t actually apply as they should have.....now, in the New Year, the points
Ebay extra are once again stuck at 31/12/2024 and it’s 11/01/2025 I wanted to ask for clarification but I can’t.
